Previous incidents

We are currently experiencing a slowdown in the processing of incoming Shopify webhooks. Webhooks are still being received and queued successfully, but processing latency has increased, which may delay updates such as inventory changes, order events, or product updates appearing in Layers.

We have identified the root cause and mitigated the incident. We are monitoring further and will provide a postmortem to impacted customers
